Isolation training has grown in popularity over the years. When I was six Nick Gatto implemented this technique of training into my practice session. Periodically we would touch base on them. I have not practiced this for years, but this is what I was able to get without trying too hard.

This type of training is highly recommended, in addition, it is also recommended to practice the opposite which is movement while juggling. Turning in circles, walking, running while juggling will certainly help to increase your overall skill.
