My second Poi Tech Blog, this time showing a few spiral variations, a move I took from club swinging, another (badly done) float flower, an Antispin/Isolation-extension CAP, the Antispin-pendulum hybrid, a new contact move I found, a pentagram, a pentagram-extension hybrid, overhead float throws, a variation on mel's hybrid stall combo, a cool throw, the float weave, and some more moves :)
